Mountain Gateway at Buckhorn Valley HOA, a.k.a. Mountain Gateway HOA is the association for the developing area of Mountain Gateway that enjoys the quiet surrounding mountains and open space land next to it. In the future there will be an Elementary School west of the neighborhood. Wildlife is abundant in this new neighborhood which is adjacent to planned open space park services.
Homeownership in Mountain Gateway includes membership to the Mountain Gateway HOA, the Mountain Gateway Design Review, and the Buckhorn Valley Metro District.
The Mountain Gateway HOA dues are $225.00 per month. A late fee of $20 per month is assessed for outstanding dues. Accounts overdue by nine months may be sent to collections and 30% or more in fees may be added to the account.
HOA services include:
Trash service, Common area landscaping maintenance, Pathway maintenance, Snow plowing of the Mountain Gateway roads, sidewalks and common stairs, Exterior building maintenance, Covenant control, HOA management. HOA liability insurance that covers the exterior of home and common areas
Owners that wish to make any changes to the outside of their home or yard are required to submit their plans to the Mountain Gateway Design Review for approval prior to beginning any projects.
